Use of the Helikon-Tex® website constitutes agreement to our terms and conditions. Please review the following information carefully.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payments

Helikon-Tex® accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments are securely processed through Authorize.Net.

Helikon-Tex® does not store full credit card information on our servers. Purchases made by credit or debit card will appear on your statement as charged by “Helikon-Tex.”

If a transaction is declined, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on the funds. These holds are controlled by the issuing bank and may remain in place for several business days. Helikon-Tex® cannot release authorization holds. Please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.

PayPal Payments

We accept PayPal payments during checkout for eligible orders.

Check Payments

Helikon-Tex® accepts payment by personal check, bank check, or money order. Checks must be made payable to Ambrave Corp. and mailed to:

Orders paid by check will not be released for fulfillment until funds have fully cleared. This may take several business days and can delay order fulfillment.

If a check is returned or declined by the issuing bank, the order may be voided and the customer may be responsible for any associated bank fees incurred by Helikon-Tex®.

Wire Transfers

If we are unable to accept payment on your original order, the order may need to be voided. In some cases, we may be able to accept a new order by bank-to-bank wire transfer.

Discount Codes and Promotions

The following terms apply to discount codes and promotions:

• Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
• Discount codes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Certain products may be excluded from discount codes.
• Discount codes cannot be used on combo deal items.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discount codes and promotions may be ended or extended at the discretion of Helikon-Tex®.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES FOR ORDERS ABOVE $199 USD

• Free shipping applies to orders above $199 USD before taxes and shipping.
• Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous United States.
• Helikon-Tex® reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for free shipping orders. Customers may select an alternative shipping carrier or expedited shipping service at checkout.
• Orders ship from the East Coast. Delivery times typically range from 1–6 business days depending on the destination address.
• Free shipping promotions may not be combined with certain storewide promotions or offers.

We make every effort to honor the shipping method selected at checkout. However, we reserve the right to upgrade shipping services at no additional cost.

If you do not want an upgraded shipping service, please contact us before receiving shipping confirmation.

Orders are processed and shipped during normal business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time are generally processed the same day.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax, including tax on shipping where required. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address.

Tax Exempt Customers

Tax exempt customers must provide a valid tax exemption certificate before placing an order. Once received, we can update your account so sales tax will not be charged on eligible orders.

You may fax your certificate or submit it through our online contact form.

Customs Fees and Taxes

Orders ship from the United States. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional import charges.

Order Acceptance

Helikon-Tex® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, product availability issues, or violations of these terms and conditions.

Export Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of products sold by Helikon-Tex®.

Helikon-Tex® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that may violate United States export regulations, sanctions programs, or other applicable laws.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for determining the suitability and lawful use of any product purchased from Helikon-Tex®.

Helikon-Tex® is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions or applicable laws.

Warranty

Helikon-Tex® offers a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

To submit a warranty request, please use your online account or contact customer service. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection.

If the product qualifies for warranty coverage, Helikon-Tex® will replace it at no additional charge, including shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

• Products purchased from sources other than Helikon-Tex USA
• Damage caused by customer modification or tampering
• Damage resulting from abuse or misuse
• Normal wear and tear

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Helikon-Tex® accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order shipping date, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and includes all original packaging, instructions, tags, and receipt.

• Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
• All returns are inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error.
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
• Refunds and fees will be applied to the original payment method.
• Third-party returns are not accepted.

Please do not send items back until you have completed a return request through your online account or contacted customer service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helikon-Tex® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Helikon-Tex®’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Accuracy

Helikon-Tex® makes every effort to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur, including but not limited to product descriptions, pricing, images, sizing information, and availability.

Helikon-Tex® reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Saratoga County, New York.
